There are many things I like to do in my free time with my family and friends, but the most important things are traveling, playing soccer and reading.
Traveling is one of the best pleasures in life. There are those who consider traveling a waste of time and money. I do not. On the contrary, I consider it one of the best investments we can make.
To star with, I like to travel because it bores me to do the same and travel disconnects me from the routine. Also I can know different person and beautiful places from my country. Last year I met a place called Barriales in Congo River and I painted with Jawua, I consider it the Embera art, I also visited Chicá Altos de Campana, it is very cold there, I also knew one of the best beaches to surf in Panama called Venao Beach.

Another things that I like to travel is because I can know other cultures and traditions from different places. For example, two years ago I kew how The Mola is made when I traveled to San Blas Islands with my family. I participated in the Mil Polleras parade in Las Tablas, I got to know more about lobster fishing in San Buenaventura beach, and I also participated in WYD Panama 2019 where I met people and cultures from many countries and I was able to share with them. It was a beautiful and unique experience.
I like to travel because it entertains me, so I enjoy knowing other places in my country, then I want to know the cultures to another countries around the world. Traveling is one of the things that I love doing most because I can do it with my family and friends.
The third reason why I like to play soccer is because it entertains me a lot, it helps me clear my mind, to forget stress. I play soccer since my childhood and I always liked it because when I play I forget everything and enjoy the moment with my friends. Also I laugh a lot and I have known other people.
Reading, is one of the best skills we can acquire, will help us to have more knowledge, and thus be able to understand the world and everything that surrounds us.

Soccer is one of the most practiced sports in the world, and my favorite sport, can be played by men and women.
I like to play soccer for three reasons: First of all because it is my favorite sport, I have fun either with my family and friends also helps me to be healthy and in good shape since I can do exercises, so enjoy it a lot and I have always participated in female soccer leagues.
The second reason why I like to play soccer is because it teaches me to work as a team, so I share time with my friends, I have also learned that in life as in football is earned and loses, and I have practiced values such as honesty, respect, responsibility and tolerance that have helped me to be a better person in any situation.
Playing soccer is one of things the most I like to do and it make me happy.
Reading, is one of the best skills we can acquire, will help us to have more knowledge, and thus be able to understand the world and everything that surrounds us.
In the first place I can say that I like to read because it relaxes me when I'm stressed, it heps me to be calmer, in peace, in adittion it heps me to forget all my problems.
Secondly, I love reading because it distracts my mind and I feel that time passes more slowly. In fact, I can identify with many characters from the books that I read. I love reading, especially novels and books related to my career. My favorite books are "Love to four stations", "The advantages of being invisible" and "Paper cities". That's why enjoy reading.

Lastly, another thing that I like to read is because improve my mood, I can have a bad day and reading helps me to relax and change my mood completly, I can think more clear and express my ideas. In my opinion I learn a lot when I Read.
I do many things in my free time but without a doubt these three are the most important.
